Limited time tax break... Something quite amazing has recently come to my attention.. With relation to the sale of paintings, a tax break is available for small business entities with an annual income of less than $2 million for a full 50% deduction of the purchase price of the painting... IF: The artwork is purchased new from a primary gallery or professional artist (and that`s me on both counts ha! ha!) It`s purchase value is at least $1,000 plus G.S.T. Must be purchased before December 31st 2009. So you see it`s a really great opportunity isn't it?!! NOW!!  This coincides with the fact that I have been planning a very special exhibition to open November 29th at Gooseberry Hill Studios.
